I have had a recurring theme today and decided to write this message, hope it resonates with someone! With a new year there is always hopes of new beginnings and second chances. I, too, have feelings of wanting things to be better than they were last year. Is that setting us up for a failure? Expecting the next year to be better than the last? Every moment is what we make of it in that moment. Each feeling you feel is unique to your own story and timeline in this universe. Thinking too far into the future can leave us feeling drained and overwhelmed. Couple that with the repeating past memories and regrets that circle inside our minds and it can be a deadly combination. You need to know that you can let go and live in the now. Now is what really matters most. Feel what you are really feeling right now. Live in it, explore it, and own it. Take in what you see now. Love whoever you love now. Your own feelings are never wrong, you are entitled to them. How we choose to portray those emotions toward others is what we are held accountable for and should be careful of. There are so many little things in this life that can start to get us down, start to burden us, and make us feel unworthy. Let these things go. Take them in one at a time and know the universe is here to help you giving you what you need when you need it most, so just trust yourself. Take a breath, take a step back. Realize there is a time for it all, and you will finish it all in time. You are most important! Take care of yourself and your mental health. Stay connected with nature and ground yourself often to feel more secure and at peace. Let the universe flow inside of you and wash away the unwanted feelings we accumulate as humans. What makes you happy now? Make it simple! Take a long, hot bath. Write that poem or story. Take that walk or make those cookies. Whatever it is you do to feel human, do it. It's so important to stay in touch with what's around us and what's inside ourselves. Keep moving forward you are strong! Peace, love, and light. "Love in the now, Live in the now." -Blake
