Finding things that bring your life purpose and meaning

Sometimes life can feel so empty and seem to have no purpose at all. It creates feelings deep inside of us. Feelings of confusion, frustration, and stagnation. I have found myself in this place so many times, and sometimes still continue to do so. It can leave us feeling incomplete and drained, making us feel like anything else we do will only deplete us. This can mean you are not living in alignment with who you truly are. Take a look at all the different things going on in your life. Make a list if it helps. See where your focus and energy are going. Are there any activities that can be put off or let go to bring you some peace? Re-evaluate where you are spending your time and bring your focus back to your priorities. How can you have any energy if you’ve scattered yourself all over in so many different places?
Take a deep breath and reel it back in a bit. What lights you up? What things do you do that make you feel good on the inside? These are the things that are in alignment with our souls and who we truly are. I love to write! When I feel inspired to do so I do. I will write about anything! We all have those little things that make us feel special even if we don’t share them with others. Music is a huge influence on my life. When I feel drained or down, putting on some good music and feeling it deep inside move about my body is just amazing. Music heals emotionally and spiritually. Allow the music to wash over you and take you away. That is the feeling of your spirit being fulfilled. Find time to do more of these activities. You are worth the time it takes to invest in yourself. Get curious about yourself and learn new things you didn’t even know about yourself. Find new things you can enjoy. Fill your free time doing these activities that make you feel more whole. Especially when things in life start to get heavy. When you have a good day, truly allow yourself to feel just how good it feels and know that more days like this will come. When you have a shitty one, meet yourself with where you are at and got you are feeling that day. Try to really understand why these feelings are arising inside of you and just know the dark never lasts.
Honor yourself and keep taking care of yourself, it’s so important! You are so important. Paint, lift weights, song, write, explore, find you. We are ever-changing and growing. Keep growing with yourself. Allow yourself to expand and grow. Take in the experiences. Life is all just one big experience itself. Take it all in. For what it is, for what it was, and for what it could be. Accept all of this and let it go to the universe. Release and heal. Fill the void with happier, more positive experiences. You got this! For me, my purpose in life is becoming more and more clear. Be authentic and stay in my truth. Have ownership of myself and my own actions. Take responsibility for what I’ve created and put into this world, even if it’s not good. I am here to do the best that I can do each and every day. Honoring myself mind, body, and spirit as I go. Staying in alignment with myself and finding out who I am and how I fit into the puzzle as everyone around me does. It’s amazing. Take back your power and own your own life. Bring love and energy into your life by making minimal improvements until you reach the point where you are ready to level up and do more. it will take a lot of focus, hard work, grounding, persistence, patience, and belief.
